The Chinese mobile phone maker and electronic devices huge Xiaomi is working on a foldable smart device. The business showcased a working model of a foldable mobile phone a couple of months back in some videos. Xiaomi did not expose any info about the foldable smart device consisting of the possible specs or even the style.

A new patent application submitted by Xiaomi recommends that the business’s very first collapsible phone may load triple rear cameras. The schematics in Xiaomi’s patent application reveal a vertically-aligned camera module with cutouts for three lenses.

According to the patent of EUIPO, the prototype design of the phone gives us a general idea of all angles. There are two hinges on the model for the fold. The prototype images shown are in the unfolded state. The triple rear camera setup is shown in the prototype aligned vertically. We cannot see any front camera setup in the images.

Xiaomi has currently made it clear that its collapsible phone will introduce as a mass device if the concept gains considerable interest.
