The Exynos 980 is based on advanced 8-nm FinFET innovation with first Artificial intelligence and integrated 5G modem. The Exynos 980 delivers 2x high-performance Cortex-A77 which clocked at 2.2Ghz and 6x effective Cortex-A55 clocked at 1.8Ghz. For gaming performance, it includes Mali-G76 MP5 GPU. It includes LPDDR4x RAM, UFS 2.1, and eMMC 5.1 storage. Exynos 980 delivers the max resolution up to WQHD+ and supports 20MP dual camera and 108MP primary camera. Other supported features are WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, and GNSS.
Further Exynos 980 also has NPU, which works with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) for better camera features and AI tasks. The integrated 5G modem also supports 4G LTE, 3G, and 2G network connections and delivers up to 2.55Gbps of 5G speed.[wpinsertshortcodead id=”bzyqm5d3e04029f48f”]
