Xiaomi has officially announced the Mi 10 series in China, although if I had to speak the truth, it could still be incomplete. As at the start of the eighth generation, a “lite” model was added, which was directed towards the mid-range section.
So the question lies here is, “will there will be a Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite?” and if yes, how it will be different from the Mi 10. All answers will be covered in this article.
As per the source, the Mi 10 Lite will be named as Xiaomi Mi CC10 as the model designed for this smartphone looks kind of western. We could hope to see this smartphone launching in Asia.
Speaking about the Mi 10 Lite renders, they look really different if you compare it with the Mi 10. The rear camera is shaped in a circular module positioned in the center of the back cover instead of a vertical module, which we see in the Mi 10. The circular module on the rear panel shows four sensors, while the LED flash is placed just below it.
Mi 10 Lite renders
If you look at the rear camera of the Mi 10 Lite renders, you will notice that the main primary camera is surrounded by the chromatic ring, which was introduced in the last generation in order to give a more authentic touch to the whole setup. The front camera is in punch hole shape on the far top left of the screen of the smartphone. Also, the bezels look really thin, which gives us a full beautiful display.
So far, Xiaomi has not confirmed anything, but I guess the Mi 10 Lite or the Mi CC10 will come with a perforated display, which is pretty much constant in today’s modern generation of smartphones. Talking about the hardware, it could sport the Snapdragon 720G, 730G, or 765G, together with 6/8 GB of RAM and 64/128 GB of storage.
