A Chinese tipster has recently revealed an image that signals that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z, which is supposed to be a foldable phone by Samsung, will be featuring the tri-fold design as we have seen in the past by the company TCL.
Talking about the tri-fold design, it is built in such a way that you can use the phone efficiently even in its folded state, and after unfolding the phone, you will get that massive foldable display to play with. This design can carry devices up to a size of 10 inches, which is more than enough.
The design has two hinges, and you can fold them in their opposite directions. TCL showed us this concept design with the help of its prototype smartphone, and from what we have witnessed, this design has the potential to be used in these kinds of foldable smartphones.
Talking about the image, you can clearly see the Samsung Galaxy Z written on it, and if you look more closely towards the letter ‘Z’ you can clearly see that it kind of looks like that triple folding design, which you have seen before.
Moreover, if you try, you can shape that tri-fold design into a Z pattern, and it looks like this could be the reason that the Korean Smartphone Manufacturer named this device Samsung Galaxy Z!
Talking about its launch or availability, there are no signs from the company about a device with tri-fold design. It looks like we can expect to see this tri-fold design after the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S20 series, which will take place on 11th February.
