As we know, the South Korean giant Samsung is likely to launch two of its flagship devices, which include the Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 and the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 this year in summer. We have seen plenty of rumors regarding the Galaxy Fold 2 till now, but there is a new concept video circulating over the internet. The concept video shows an illustrated render of the upcoming Galaxy Fold 2 showcasing, triple display setup, and a rotating camera.
This video was uploaded on YouTube by a channel named TechConfigurations who further described the features of the Galaxy Fold 2 in the video. According to the concept video, the Galaxy Fold 2 features three separate displays in which the primary one is placed on the inside and can be seen while using the device in tablet mode.
The secondary display comes in sight on folding the tablet to the smartphone or folded mode. It is smaller in comparison to the primary screen and allows you to use the tablet as a smartphone. Lastly, the third display is the smallest one among all three, and it is in the shape of a strip. The use of the third display could be to show quick notifications or any other functions.
The primary display comes with an 8 inch OLED screen, the secondary display comes with a 6.6-inch OLED panel, and finally, the third screen comes with a 5 x 0.8-inch mini OLED screen. According to the video, the Galaxy Fold 2 will run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 SoC coupled with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The battery on this one will be a massive 7000mAh battery with support for 5G too.
As for the rotating camera, it is placed on the top corner of the tablet and rotates on a hinge mechanism’s axis to act as both the rear camera and the front camera. The rear camera consists of a triple-camera setup, which includes a 108MP primary lens, a 12MP lens, and a 20MP sensor.
