A couple of days ago, a report suggested that Xiaomi phones with model numbers M1912G7BE and M1912G7BC, which were appeared at 3C database, claimed as the upgraded version of the Redmi Note 8 Pro with Snapdragon 730G processor. However, Lu Weibing- the General Manager of Redmi, gives a negative reply to its existence.
This piece of news comes when a Weibo user asked about the existence of the upgraded Redmi Note 8 Pro with SD 730G, 27W fast charging, and in-display fingerprint sensor. In reply, Lu Weibing said, ‘No.’
So the upgraded version of the phone actually doesn’t exist, which now creates a mystery for model number M1912G7BE, and M1912G7BC appeared at 3C database.
Moreover, the previous report also includes another model number M1911U2E, which was claimed as the Redmi K30 5G with a MediaTek processor and expected to launch in December. However, Lu Weibing confirms that the Redmi K30 5G will launch next year. Now, what about the model number M1911U2E with MediaTek 5G processor?
We still don’t know about it. We have to wait for more rumors and leaks to know more about it.
