Redmi K30 will launch in 2020, confirmed by Lu Weibing

Previous month Redmi K30 is officially revealed with a dual punch-hole display and dual 5G. Moreover, reports also have suggested that the phone will launch this year. However, the official announcement confirms that the Redmi K30 will launch in 2020.

Lu Weibing, General Manager of Redmi, officially shared a post on Weibo. The post is actually about the China Mobile 2019 Global Partner Conference, where the top 4G smartphones are listed. The list includes Redmi K20 Pro Premium Edition, Redmi K20 Pro, Redmi Note 8 Pro, and Redmi Note 8.

Lu Weibing further added that they continue to stick to the high standard in the 5G era tackling all sorts of technical difficulties and deliver best for the fans.

At the end of the post, he mentions that Redmi will be a 5G pioneer in 2020, along with Redmi K30.

This news proves that the previously mentioned design number M1911U2E is not the Redmi K30.
