Realme X3 series launched with SD 855+, 64MP Quad camera starting at Rs. 24,999


Today, Realme has launched the Realme X3 series in India, including Realme X3 and Realme X3 SuperZoom. Both the smartphones are equipped with previous year’s launched Snapdragon 855+ chipset, 64MP quad camera, and more.

Realme SuperZoom was initially launched in Europe last month, but the company, for the first time, revealed the Realme X3. So without wasting any time, let see what the Realme X3 series has to offer us.

Both smartphones look the same in design, just like any other Realme smartphone- glossy and the same rear quad-camera. Both the smartphones have dual-camera punch holes in the front top left corner, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, which also works as a power button.


Both the X3 and X3 SuperZoom features a 6.6-inches FHD+ IPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display has a 90-percent screen-to-body ratio and Gorilla Glass 5 Protection on the top.


Under the hood, the Realme X3 and X3 SuperZoom are powered by last year’s flagship Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855+ chipset and Adreno 640 GPU

For Realme X3, you will get up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 128GB UFS 3.0 storage, whereas, in X3 SuperZoom, you will get up to 12GB LPPDR4x RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.0 storage with HPB & Turbo Writer technology.

Both the Realme devices have a newly upgraded liquid cooling system for 100-percent internal heat coverage. There is an 8mm diameter copper tube, which increases the excess heat area by 176.9-percent and the excess heat volume to 410 cubic millimeters, This results in effective heat reducing and maintaining the performance and speed while rushing hours in gaming and multitasking.

In terms of optics, the Realme X3 is equipped with a rear quad-camera setup, including a 64MP primary sensor (Samsung GW1), 8MP Ultra-wide sensor with FOV 119-degree, a 12MP Telephoto lens with 2X optical zoom, and a 2MP Macro lens.

In the front, the X3’s dual punch hole packs a 16MP primary sensor and an 8MP Ultra-wide sensor with FOV 105-degree.

Whereas, the Realme X3 SuperZoom packs a rear quad-camera setup, including a 64MP Samsung GW1 primary sensor, an 8MP Ultra-wide sensor with FOV 119-degree, an 8MP Periscopic lens with 5X optical zoom, 6X hybrid digital zoom, and OIS, and a 2MP Macro lens.

The front dual punch hole camera of X3 SuperZoom includes a 32MP Sony IMX616 primary sensor and an 8MP Ultra-wide sensor with FOV 105-degree similar to the Previous Realme X50 Pro 5G.

Networks and Connectivity

The Realme X3 series has 2×2 MIMO Wi-Fi Antenna, 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi, 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.0.


The Realme X3 Series has Hi-Res Audio with Dolby Atmos support and has a dual mic with noise suppression.


Both the Realme X3 and X3 SuperZoom pack 4,200mAh battery with 30W Dart Charger via USB Type-C port. The company claims that the fast charging technology will now charge your device from 0-100-percent in just 55 minutes.


The Realme X3 series will run on Realme UI based on Android 10 out of the box.
