Pixel 5 renders leaked! Reveals punch-hole camera and more

-

It’s been a while since we heard anything about the upcoming Pixel 5 smartphone. However, now we might have an idea about how the smartphone would resemble, thanks to the leaked information going over the internet. For those who don’t know, the 3D renders of the upcoming Pixel 5 smartphone have leaked out now with few classified information.

According to the leaked 3D renders by Pigtou, the Pixel 5 smartphone features quite a resemblance to the earlier launched Pixel 4 smartphone. For example, the camera bump and the lens arrangement in the renders are like the camera setup on the Pixel 4. So, let’s talk about the renders in a bit of detail.

At the front, we can see a single punch-hole camera setup that looks like Samsung’s Galaxy S10e smartphone. Meanwhile, there’s a physical fingerprint scanner on the back with the same dual-camera setup as the Pixel 4. Although we don’t know what camera will Google use on Pixel 5, there’s a possibility that it could feature the same telephoto and wide lens with an ultra-wide lens.

Moreover, some other reports have also claimed that Google will not use Soli in Pixel 5. For those who don’t know, Soli is Google’s face recognition, which allows you to snooze alarms, skip songs, and silence phone calls, without touching your smartphone. So, the company could use a standard 2D face unlock on this one.

However, these 3D renders are made from the leaked CAD data. So, we advise you guys to take this information as a pinch of salt and wait for other leaked pieces of information. Also, stay tuned for more updates regarding the Pixel 5 smartphone.
