OnePlus Z might go by the name “Nord By OnePlus”

Up until now, we have heard plenty of rumors and information about the upcoming OnePlus Z smartphone from OnePlus. However, some new information has surfaced over the internet regarding the name of the forthcoming smartphone. The Chinese tech giant OnePlus has registered for a trademark for the “Nord by OnePlus” name. The trademark was filed in March 2020.

It’s a possibility that the names OnePlus 8 Lite and OnePlus Z were just internal names for the upcoming Nord by OnePlus series. So, the OnePlus Z could be the Nord by OnePlus or under the Nord by OnePlus umbrella.

The trademark also reveals that there will be several devices under the Nord by OnePlus name. For example – smartphones, tablet computers, sleeves for a laptop, headphones for mobiles, loudspeakers for mobiles, E-Book readers, Smart TV, and much more.
