OnePlus after delaying the launch date thrice due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, finally decided to launch the much-awaited as revealed by the CEO of OnePlus. The company’s next flagship killer will be unwrapped officially on 14 April.
The company has shared the official teaser of the upcoming OnePlus 8 series on Twitter.
The official teaser includes a tagline ‘Lead with Speed,’ and confirmed a 120Hz refresh rate display, 5G connectivity, and a lot more.
The company is expected to launch the three new smartphones along with a pair of Bullets TWS earbuds. Moreover, the landing page of the OnePlus site shows OnePlus TV, but it is not sure whether the company will launch a new TV just yet.
From the previous rumors and leaks, the OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro is expected to feature a 6.55-inches FHD+ 90Hz AMOLED display and 6.78-inches QHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display. Under the hood, both the devices will be powered by the Snapdragon 865 processor, quad-camera setup, two 48MP sensors, and 50W fast charging and 30W wireless charging.
The third variant of the OnePlus 8 series is expected to be a mid-ranger and is rumored as OnePlus Z (OnePlus 8 Lite), the successor to OnePlus X from 2015. OnePlus Z will feature a flat AMOLED display, Snapdragon 765G or MediaTek Dimensity chipset, and triple-camera setup.
