HP introduces new OMEN desktop PCs and OMEN 27i Gaming Monitor

Recently, HP has introduced a new lineup of OMEN desktop gaming PCs. The lineup has two chassis sizes the OMEN 25L and OMEN 30L. The PCs have a fresh, clean aesthetic design with improved specifications. In comparison with the old HP OMEN desktop, the new design of the PC is a lot more elegant.

For quality performance, the PCs are available with next-gen Intel Comet Lake S or AMD Ryzen 3000 series processors. The company has also included GeForce GTX 1650 for the low-end PCs, whereas RTX 2080 super or Radeon 5700XT for high-end. This time also the company included HyperX RAM with a memory of up to 64GB and up to 2TB WD Black solid-state drives (SSD) for storage. And for power, Cooler Master PSU has been enlisted. The PCs also come with tempered glass panels and complete RGB control.

Moreover, the new design features a front-facing fan and thermal gains with a 4 times increase in feet height for better cooling. Also, the position graphics card height has been raised for better thermal efficiency.

The starting PC variant HP OMEN 25L of the lineup include Intel Comet Lake S Core i5-10400 or AMD Ryzen 5 3500 as the processor, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 or the AMD Radeon RX 5500 for graphics, HyperX Fury DDR4-3200MHz 8GB of RAM, 256GB WD M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD and Cooler Master 500W PSU which overall costs around $899.99.

The starting 30L chassis variant includes AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor, AMD Radeon RX 5700XT graphics card with the same RAM, SSD storage, and power supply from the above 25L base model variant. The total price of this PC is $1,199.99.

The latest OMEN desktop PCs will be available from May 5, which is tomorrow from HP directly.

OMEN 27i Gaming Monitor

Apart from HP OMEN 30L and 25L desktops, HP has also unveiled OMEN 27i Gaming Monitor, which has a Nano IPS panel with 98% DCI-P3 color gamut providing deeper hues and accurate colors. The monitor features a Quad HD resolution with 350-nit brightness, refresh rate of 165ms, and 1ms response time. The monitor is also NVIDIA G-SYNC compatible for fluid gaming experience.
