Microsoft has availed a little upgrade for Windows Insiders on the Release Preview ring that is on 19H2. Keep in mind; the Release Preview ring is on two different paths, 19H1 and 19H2. Surprisingly, both paths were expected to be getting the same bits, other than the 19H2 users got an additional bundle to make it 19H2.
Microsoft in a blog stated,
Today we have enabled 19H2 Build 18363.387 for Windows Insiders in Release Preview. This is just a small refresh update from Build 18363.385 with some fixes for uninstalling 19H2 updates.
This upgrade was availed for those on the 19H1 on Wednesday. It’s uncertain what’s altered about the upgrade ever since. The new upgrade is 19H2 build 18363.387 (the 19H1 build is 18362.387), and the only modifications need to be some repairs for uninstalling 19H2 updates.
Being that the variation number for this upgrade will be 1909, it must be settled any day now. There’s still a lot that requires to take place prior to it’s launched to the public. The build number requires to line up with the Slow ring 19H2 builds, which are all 18362.100xx, and Release Preview must be integrated into a single path.
Windows 10 19H2 is the very first significant function upgrade of Windows 10 that enhances an upgrade that currently exists. 19H2 will not have lots of new functions when compared to other considerable function updates either. Hence 19H2 is going to be a small update. We will find out more information about the upgrade next week.
