
With Micromax’s first ‘In’ smartphone series set to hit the market soon, a new report now appears to have revealed some of its key details, including pricing, launch date, and even a few key specifications. According to The Mobile Indian, Micromax aims to launch not one but two new In-Series smartphones in the first week of November. Both will obviously be powered by MediaTek processors, run Android stock, and will be priced between Rs. 7,000 and Rs. 15,000.
Among the two devices, one will be marketed as Micromax 1a powered by the MediaTek helio G35 processor, whereas the other one will have the Helio G85 processor. However, the Micromax 1a recently listed on Geekbench, which reveals a 6.5-inch HD+ display and a 5,000 mAh battery. There will be a 2/3GB RAM option with only 32GB of storage.
In terms of optics, the report suggests that the two variants of the Micromax 1a will have different camera configurations. The 2GB variant will have a rear dual-camera setup, which will include a 13MP + 2MP and an 8MP camera up front for selfies, whereas the 3GB version will have a rear triple camera setup (13MP+5MP+2MP) with a 13MP camera up front for selfies.
Now for the other device, which is said to be powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 processor hadn’t had any info surfaced online right now. So, we are now waiting for more details to be surface online as the launch time is coming near.
