Xiaomi is going to launch the Mi CC9 Pro on 5 November, but the company still yet to disclose more details of the phone. With the leaks and rumors, we already can assume the specs, but there are others still under the hood.
Xiaomi, today, official confirms on Weibo that the Mi CC9 Pro with the Penta-camera setup will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor. This piece of info was leaked previously.
Coming to Processor, The Snapdragon 730G is Qualcomm’s 700 series, and no doubt is a powerful processor announced this year. Realme X2, OPPO Reno 2, and Redmi K20 are the phones equipped with the same processor.
Apart from confirming the processor of the phone, Lei Jun, Xiaomi’s CEO, further shared an image that includes the internals of the Penta-camera module.
After translating, we can see that the topmost camera is a 5MP camera with OIS and delivers 10X hybrid zoom. The second camera is 12MP 50mm portrait camera. The third camera is the biggest of all five cameras- a 108MP sensor with a large 1/1.33” pixel size, f/1.69 aperture with OIS. It is followed by a fourth 20MP ultra wide-angle camera, and the last one is a 2MP macro lens camera.
The most highlighted feature of the Mi CC9 Pro is the camera. To show precisely what the camera is capable of, Xiaomi shared sample photos taken from the phone. The photo is taken in Super Night Mode, which is actually a 14bit Super Night Scene based on the RAW image.
Further, the CEO shared a photo- one taken with the Mi CC9 Pro and other with the iPhone 11 Pro Max for the comparison. It was a night shot, and if you see the photo, you can spot the difference easily. The photo taken with Mi CC9 Pro captures the natural light with details in the entire frame, whereas the photo taken with the iPhone 11 Pro Max enhances the artificial light. Just the see the neon light area you can understand.
The phone will feature a curved AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint sensor and will carry a huge 5260mAh battery.
Now just wait for the official launch date that is on 5 November, where Xiaomi will launch the Mi CC9 pro and Mi Watch along with the Mi TV 5.
