Xiaomi has already announced to launch the Redmi K30 in December. However, ahead of the official launch, live photos of the smartphone have been surfaced online, revealing some key details.
Three live photos of the Redmi K30 have been posted on Weibo. All the live photos were unable to reveal the design because of the protective case.
The first photo live photo gives us a good look of the dual punch-hole front camera. Apart from the front camera, it showcases the system information.
As per the system information that appears on the live photo, the Redmi K30 features a 6.66-inch display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400, a Qualcomm Adreno 618 GPU, and a 120Hz display. The GPU used here is for the Snapdragon 730/730G processor, but the phone is expected to be powered by SD 735. We are still not sure about the processor, as the information is not available here. However, the most exciting news is that it has a 120Hz refresh rate without compromising it to 90Hz.
The second live photo reveals the Display Settings were there is an option to switch between 60Hz and 120Hz. The menu also mentions that a lower refresh rate will save battery, including Dark mode and Reading mode.
The third live photo showcases the About Phone menu, revealing Redmi K30 is running on MIUI 11 with version 9.11.18. Apart from the OS, the photo also shows the 64GB internal storage, which is likely to be the base variant.
That’s all we have got from the live photos of Redmi K30, and it’s quite amazing. Next, we are eagerly waiting for camera details. However, there are no doubts that it will cost more than the Redmi K20.
