Lenovo has today released the world’s very first Windows 10 laptop with a 5G connectivity. Called the ‘Lenovo Flex 5G’, it’s a 2-in-1 convertible laptop that provides 24 hours of battery life.
The Lenovo Flex 5G features a 14-inches display and comes in both FHD and UHD resolutions. The aspect ratio of the display is 16:9 and has 300 nits of brightness.
The laptop is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx processor and Andreno 680 GPU, which is coupled with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 3.0 internal storage in terms of internals.
As the specifications recommend, this laptop computer isn’t focused on individuals who require extreme processing power or gaming abilities. This is more of an on-the-go laptop, thanks to its 5G connection and the 24 hr battery life that Lenovo claims. The laptop computer has a 60Whr battery pack.
The laptop comes with a 720p privacy cover webcam with an additionals IR camera and a fingerprint scanner for Windows Hello logins.
In connectivity, the laptop has Bluetooth 5.0, two USB-C ports, a 5G SIM slot, and a headphone/mic combo port.
The Lenovo Flex 5G price starts at $1,399. The laptop will be available for purchase starting June 18 in the US exclusively from Verizon. The global launch will be possible later in 2020.
