The OPPO Find X2 is one of the most awaited Chinese smartphones this year. Oppo Find X2 will be the next-in-line to Find X of 2018 that creates a storm in the smartphone market. However, a Chinese leakster recently leaked the display details of the upcoming OPPO Find X2.
Previously, Brain Shen, OPPO VP, has confirmed that Find X2 will launch in 2020, which will have a better display than its predecessor, and it not surprising as the mobile companies are now aiming to have better displays these days.
Digital Chat Station leaked the display details on Weibo, where they mention that the OPPO Find X2 will have a QHD+ resolution with a higher 120Hz refresh rate.
The OPPO Find X2 will have the support for switching between FHD+ and QHD+. On the other hand, the users will able to switch between a 60Hz refresh rate or a 120Hz refresh rate irrespective of the resolution.
In another post, Digital Chat Station mentioned that the resolution of Find X2 is 3168 x 1440, and the OPPO will use a Samsung’s Curved OLED display. The display will be around 6.5-inches in size and has a single punch-hole at the top left corner for the front camera.
Now coming to the combination of a QHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, the battery will drain more, But rather than opting out the option, OPPO kept the option for the users, which is definitely a smart thing to do.
The Find X2 will have a Snapdragon 865 processor and a Snapdragon X55 modem for 5G network assistance. It is anticipated to release this quarter, so we expect more leaks will appear quickly.
