If you don’t know, Samsung is currently working on the S20 lineup which includes the Samsung S20+ and the advanced Samsung S20 Ultra 5G. In order to respond to that Huawei is working on its P40 lineup which includes two devices, the Huawei P40 and the Huawei P40 Pro. Speaking about the rumors, there’s also another model named as Huawei P40 Pro PE.
Talking about the leaked renders, the device flaunts a Penta-lens camera setup on the rear side of the device. The renders also reveal that it also has a pill-shaped cutout at the top left corner of the screen. At the bottom, you will be able to see a USB Type-C port, an external speaker, a microphone and a SIM card slot. On the right side, we have the volume rockers and a power key.
If we talk about the Penta-lens camera, the square-shaped lens in the camera setup is the periscope lens which is expected to have support for 10X optical zoom. The camera bump on the rear is easily noticeable. There is no information available yet about the configurations of the five cameras of the P40 Pro PE. According to a tweet from Evan Blass (a reputed tipster), the P40 Pro PE could have a ceramic rear panel.
There is no information available about the specifications of the Huawei P40 Pro PE. It could have a Kirin 990 SoC, 5G and it could be the first phone in the P40 lineup to pack the largest amount of storage and the highest amount of RAM.
