We already know that the Huawei is going to announce the Huawei P40 series on 26 March, which so far includes three devices- Huawei P40, Huawei P40 Pro, and Huawei P40 Pro Premium edition. However, ahead of the launch, Huawei P40 Pro camera configuration leaked online, which reveals the camera details.

According to his post on Twitter, The upcoming Huawei P40 Pro will have 52MP 1/1.28” Sony’s IMX700 image sensor as the main camera with RYYB filter (more light capture), a 40MP 1/1.5” ultra-wide Cine Sony’s IMX650 image sensor with RGGB filter, a dual prism periscopic telephoto lens (2P1G) with 10X optical zoom, a telephoto lens for 3X optical zoom, and lastly a ToF sensor for the depth.
Apart from the camera, there will be an LED flash, a color temperature sensor, and a set of microphones for the audio capture.
From the previous track record, we know that Huawei put their lot of focus on the photographic sector, for example, the previous Mate 30 Pro, which captures excellent photos allover.
Right now, the OPPO Find X2 Pro ranks top in the DxOMark ranking in terms of photographic performance. Other brands like Xiaomi, Apple, and Samsung are also there. Still, the real king is yet to come, and we hope Huawei P40 Pro may have the chance.
