Samsung Galaxy S21 may arrive with an under-display camera technology!

Samsung Galaxy S21 may arrive with an under-display camera technology!

As we know, Samsung has launched its Galaxy S20 lineup in various markets across the world. Although it’s been a while, the rumors for the specifications of the Galaxy Note 20 have already started. Apart from that, we got to know that the next year’s Galaxy S21 smartphone might arrive with a new feature.

A reputed tipster named Ice Universe revealed this information through a tweet. He posted a tweet regarding the new feature that might arrive on the coming Galaxy S21 next year.

The tipster said,

Samsung is considering using the under-screen camera technology on the Galaxy S21 first, and is evaluating the feasibility of the technology.

Even if the South Korean giant Samsung is considering the under-screen camera technology on the Galaxy S21 smartphone, it is a huge announcement for the tech users. Although the tipster claims that they are considering this technology, which means he’s not confirming that Samsung will use this technology.

Samsung Galaxy S21 under-display camera technology

Samsung has a reputation for initiating new camera features on its Galaxy S series, which later also arrives on the Note series smartphones. So, there is a slight possibility that Samsung might use the under-display selfie camera technology on the Galaxy S21, resulting in a bezel-less display design without any notch cutout.

But, it is still quite a bit early to directly jump to a conclusion, because as we know, Samsung will leave the whole thing if it doesn’t seem ready for the mainstream consumer market. Companies like Huawei, OPPO, and Xiaomi are also working on the under-display camera technology.

All three Chinese tech companies revealed their tech prototypes last year. Samsung is the only company which is yet to disclose its prototype. Samsung is, however, to reveal its prototype. Till then, take this information as a pinch of salt and stay tuned for more updates.
