Front and Rear design for the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 10 series leaked

According to some sources on Weibo, the front and rear design for the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro smartphones are leaked with the unveiling of a promo poster launched by the company itself for the ’10’ series smartphones. The upcoming Mi 10 series by Xiaomi mainly has two smartphones as of now, one being the standard Mi 10 and the other Mi 10 Pro, which will be superior to the standard one.

There were also some rumors regarding the 3rd smartphone in this lineup called the Mi 10 Explorer Edition. The highlight of this Explorer Edition is that it will have a transparent rear side that enables you to explore its greatness. As of now, there are no confirmations whatsoever regarding this 3rd smartphone in the upcoming ’10’ lineup by Xiaomi.

Now talking about the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 10 series leaked images rounding on Weibo, we can say that both the standard and the Pro version will have a curved full-screen display on the front and a capable camera setup on the left side of the device along with an LED flash. According to the images, there is a significant difference between the standard and the Pro version, and that is the camera module. As for the front camera, there is a hole-punch present on the left side of the display that flaunts the front camera on these devices.

On the standard Mi 10, we have a Quad camera setup comprising of a standard 108 Megapixel Samsung sensor, an Ultra-wide lens, a telephoto sensor, and a macro lens with an LED flash. While on the Pro version, we have a Penta-camera setup comprising of an additional camera that could be an additional telephoto sensor that we have previously seen with the Mi CC9 Pro.

Apart from the camera module, the snapshot also shows that the upcoming Mi 10 series smartphones will have a glass and metal construction on the back and on the sides. Additionally, there has been another leak circling around the web, saying that the upcoming ’10’ series by Xiaomi will be featuring this year’s flagship processor i.e. Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC.

This leak also depicts that the Mi 10 series will have support for 120Hz refresh rate displays, 8K videography, and 50x hybrid zoom. This thing is not hard to believe as both the 108 Megapixel sensor and the 865 present SoC are capable of this feature. Now talking about the display and much like the Mi CC9 Pro, we can expect to see AMOLED technology on these devices.

According to sources, the upcoming smartphone lineup by Xiaomi will have in-display fingerprint scanners, and that can only be possible if AMOLED display is used. We can expect Xiaomi to officially announce this series on February 13th in China through an online live conference event.
