After announcing upgraded gaming PCs recently, Dell has now launched the Precision 5550 workstation laptop in India.
As per the Dell claims, that the new Precision 5550 laptop is the smallest and lightest in the market. Moreover, the company says that it’s 6-percent smaller in size compared to the last generation. The new laptop has the 92-percent screen to body ratio, and aluminum & carbon fiber build framework. This laptop is basically designed for creators and engineers.
The Dell Precision 5550 features a 15.6-inches FHD display but can be configured to use as a UHD touch display.
In terms of internals, the laptop is configured with up to 10th-Gen Intel Core i9-10885H / Xeon W-10855M processor and is paired with up to Nvidia Quadro T2000 GPU with 4GB GDDR6 memory. There is up to 64GB RAM and 2TB M.2 SSD storage.
As per Dell, the Precision 5550 has dual fans and special heat pipes, which will keep the inner temperature low during workloads.
In terms of I/O ports, the new Precision 5550 has two Type-C Thunderbolt ports, second-gen USB 3.2 Type-C port, and an SD card slot.
The laptop supports fast charging, and the company claims a 35-percent charge in 20 minutes.
