ASUS ROG Phone 2 features
The phone features the world’s first 120Hz/1ms AMOLED 10-bit HDR display with a 6.59-inch screen that takes gaming to the next level. The 10-bit HDR means it can display 1 billion colors so, everything will look rich and vivid.
The display has a Delta-E of less than 1 means it displays the most accurate colors possible for the visual experience. Delta-E is the measure of the difference between two colors. An average human eye can’t differentiate colors that differ by a Delta-E of less than 3.
The touchscreen of the Rog Phone 2 is designed with ultra-low touch latency of 49ms which is the world’s first and will give instant fingertip response. The phone has a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. To protect all these and the overall display it is covered with Corning Gorilla Glass 6.[wpinsertshortcodead id=”bzyqm5d3e04029f48f”]
The world’s fastest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ will power the Asus ROG 2 with a 2.96Hz clock speed and up to 12GB RAM. The phone has a high capacity of 512 UFS 3.0 ROM for the ultra-fast data storage. The latest Adreno 640 GPU in the phone is capable of bringing a faster display and smooth visuals with greater power efficiency. With the 4G LTE Cat 18 connectivity, you can download up to 1.2Gbps and Wi-Fi speeds up to 4.6Gbps with WiGig.
For the max performance of ROG phone 2, Asus used the second-gen GameCool 2, which includes a newly designed 3D vapor chamber capable of eliminating heat from the phone during extreme operation. For the max cooling performance company also added a new AeroActive Cooler with redesigned fan blades that can create more airflow into ROG Aerodynamic System. The new AeroActive Cooler 2 is 4X quieter and can lower up to 5-degree surface temperature.[wpinsertshortcodead id=”zxikm5d3e04a8f1451″]
According to Asus,

For the max performance and gaming experience, ROG Phone 2 has a 6000mAh battery and to charge this Asus used a 30W charger with HyperCharge direct-charging technology. This charging technology results in 58 minutes shorter time to charge 4000mAh of the battery with safer charge times. The phone supports PD charging means compatible with any USB-C charger or charge other devices with your phone.[wpinsertshortcodead id=”bzyqm5d3e04029f48f”]
