As we know, earlier last month, Google launched its Pixel 4a smartphone and teased its two upcoming devices, the Pixel 4a (5G) and Pixel 5. The company also showed us a sneak peek of both smartphones with a similar design. Since then, we have seen tons of rumored specifications and information regarding the two smartphones. But this time, we have information about the existence of yet another Pixel smartphone known as the Pixel 5s.
Some real-life leaked images of the device have been shared on Twitter by a Mexican radio host Jose Antonio Ponton. We can see the metallic finish rear panel with a square camera cutout with the same primary sensor and an ultra-wide sensor similar to the Pixel 4 smartphone. Furthermore, a physical fingerprint scanner on the rear replaces the Face Unlock technology seen on Pixel 4 last year.
There’s a punch-hole cutout at the top left corner of the display that resembles a whole lot like the Pixel 4a from the front. In the first pic, we can see the model and hardware information that reveals Pixel 5s, which means Google can show two Pixel 5 variants in the coming weeks. The reports claim that the leaked device carries model number GD1YQ, which, along with G6QU3, is known to support both mmWave and sub-6GHz 5G networks.
So, it is safe to say Google will finally launch the Pixel 4a 5G, Pixel 5, and Pixel 5s with new Nest hardware soon. The date for the launch of the flagship smartphone is to be on September 25.
