Acer ConceptD 7 Ezel -A new convertible laptop with Nvidia RTX Graphics!

As we all know, Acer is famous for its gaming PCs and accessories, and it is back with a really awesome product, which is a convertible laptop named ConceptD 7 Ezel. At CES 2020, Acer introduced this new convertible laptop, which is a really powerful one too. It has two versions – the regular one and the pro model.

Speaking about the hardware, the regular one is powered by the Intel Core H-series processor and a Geforce RTX Graphic card. The pro model is powered by Intel Xeon CPUs and Quadro RTX Graphics. I guess this is the first time you might have heard these specs in a convertible laptop.

The Geforce models also include Nvidia’s new studio drivers which are aimed at the creators, which makes them some of the most powerful convertible laptops that exist.

Talking about the looks, the screen of this laptop is a 15.6-inch 4K UHD Pantone Validated display, which is anti-glare. In most cases, the colors look pretty washed out with anti-glare screens, but on this laptop, the colors look perfectly normal. If you like doing creative stuff, this laptop is basically for you. It supports 100% Adobe RGB color gamut, and according to Acer, it has the color accuracy of Delta < E2. The screen has also been calibrated to reproduce Pantone Matching System colors.

Talking about the Ports, it has quite a few ports, but the one I want your attention on is a full Display Port 1.4. This port has raised the standards of this laptop as you don’t see many laptops having this feature. It also has two USB Type-A ports, HDMI port, and two Thunderbolt 3 ports.

The laptop weighs in at under five and a half pounds, which I guess is completely normal as the device is powerful enough to be that much in weight. But the device doesn’t feel heavy at all in your hands, presumably due to the way that the weight is distributed.

As its a convertible Pc, you can also use it as a Tablet. You can draw on it or take handwritten notes etc. You can fold the display at different angles with different amounts of pressure, and it will hold up fine. That’s the beauty of this laptop.

It also has a pen built into the side of the bottom of the screen known as Wacom Pen. You won’t find any charging pins on this pen as it doesn’t need a battery. The disadvantage of this is you might get a smaller pen, but Wacom has got you covered as there’s a variety of third-party pens you can buy.

The regular variant, which is the ConceptD 7 Ezel will be available for purchase in June starting at $2,699, and the ConceptD 7 Ezel Pro will be launched in July, starting at $3,099.
