A new render of Huawei tablet has been leaked, which shows that the device looks pretty much similar to an iPad Pro. 91mobiles posted the leaked renders, which would be known as MediaPad M7 as the successor of MediaPad M6 as per the naming scheme. However, the serial leaker Evan Blass tweeted a photo of the tablet and suggested that it would be named as Huawei MatePad Pro.
According to the leaked render, the key difference between the iPad Pro and the upcoming Huawei tablet seems to be the cameras –dual-lens rear camera and a hole punch display front-facing camera. The render also shows that the tablet will have thin bezels and will be equipped with an M-Pen stylus and a smart magnetic keyboard similar to Apple’s Smart Keyboard Folio. It does look like iPad Pro when placed with the magnetic keyboard.
91Mobiles also points out that the company has eliminated the fingerprint sensor so that Huawei may introduce facial authentication technology or an in-display fingerprint sensor in the tablet. As per the render, the tablet may come with at least two colors white and black and will have a USB type C port with 3.5mm jack.
Moreover, 91Mobiles expects it may have flagship-class specifications, including “Kirin 990 SoC, up to 8GB RAM, up to 256GB storage, a large battery.”
